Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with initial capitalized letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service, such as the Shopify store or Mighty Networks community.
Country refers to: Oklahoma, United States.
Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to Kataluma Adventures, LLC, 9905 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite A, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73159.

Content refers to text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by you, regardless of the form.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Goods refer to items offered for sale on the Service, including custom physical products (e.g., craft kits) and digital downloads (e.g., printables, magazines, curriculum).
Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
Promotions refer to contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions offered through the Service.
Service refers to the Website and related platforms, including the Shopify store and Mighty Networks community.
Subscriptions refer to services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis, such as Mighty Networks community memberships or virtual office space leases.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
Website refers to Kataluma Adventures, accessible from https://katalumaadventures.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service and form the agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy, which you must actively acknowledge via a checkbox during checkout or community registration. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over 18 years of age. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and your privacy rights. Please read it carefully before using the Service.

Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order for Goods through our Shopify store, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Your Information

To place an Order, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with your Order; and (ii) the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

We may provide this information to third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify) to facilitate your Order, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Order Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
Goods availability
Errors in the description or prices of Goods
Errors in your Order
Suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions

Cancellation Process
You may cancel eligible subscriptions (e.g., Mighty Networks community memberships, virtual office space leases), accounts, or purchases (where applicable) at any time through your account settings on our website or by emailing contact@katalumaadventures.com.

Via Website: Log into your Shopify account (for e-commerce subscriptions) or Mighty Networks account (for community or virtual office subscriptions) and follow the cancellation prompts in your account or subscription settings.
Via Email: Send a request to contact@katalumaadventures.com with your name, account details, and a clear statement of your intent to cancel.
Cancellation requests are processed within 5 business days, and you will receive confirmation via email. Note that custom physical Goods (e.g., craft kits) and digital downloads (e.g., printables, magazines, curriculum) are non-refunded and non-returnable, as outlined below. Affiliate products purchased via Amazon links are subject to Amazon’s cancellation and refund policies. Upon cancellation, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and Returns
Custom physical Goods (e.g., craft kits) and digital downloads (e.g., printables, magazines, curriculum) purchased through our Shopify store are sold “as is” with precise descriptions and are non-refunded and non-returnable due to their custom and digital nature. Affiliate products purchased via Amazon links are subject to Amazon’s refund and return policies.

Paid subscription fees for Mighty Networks community memberships or virtual office space leases are non-refunded for the current subscription period, except where required by law. Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s sole discretion.
You acknowledge this no-refund policy by actively accepting these Terms and Conditions via a mandatory checkbox during checkout or registration.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We strive to maintain accurate offerings of Goods and Services, but Goods may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service or in our advertising. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information (e.g., prices, images, specifications) and reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

Prices Policy
We reserve the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an Order. After accepting an Order, prices may be revised due to factors beyond our control (e.g., government action, customs duties, shipping charges, foreign exchange costs). In such cases, you may cancel your Order.
Payments
Goods and subscriptions are subject to one-time or recurring payments, depending on the purchase. Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other online methods. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery if authorization is not received.
Subscriptions
Subscription Period
Certain parts of the Service (e.g., Mighty Networks community, virtual office spaces) require a paid Subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually) based on your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled by you or the Company.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your Mighty Networks account settings or by emailing contact@katalumaadventures.com, as outlined in the Cancellation Process section. You will not receive a refund for the current subscription period but will retain access until the period ends.
Billing
You must provide accurate and complete billing information (e.g., full name, address, state, zip code, phone number, payment method). If automatic billing fails, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually pay within a specified deadline.
Fee Changes
We may modify Subscription fees at our discretion. Changes take effect at the end of the current subscription period, with reasonable prior notice to allow you to cancel before the change. Continued use after a fee change constitutes agreement to the new fee.
Promotions
Promotions (e.g., contests, sweepstakes) are governed by separate rules, which you must review alongside our Privacy Policy. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules apply.

User Accounts
When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in Account termination. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and notifying us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use. You may not use a username that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.

Content
Your Right to Post Content
Our Service allows you to post Content (e.g., photos, videos, comments) in the Mighty Networks community. You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your Content. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content on the Service. You retain all rights to your Content and are responsible for protecting those rights.

Content Restrictions
You may not post Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to:
Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content targeting protected groups.
Spam, unauthorized advertising, or gambling.
Viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
Content infringing on privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
Impersonation or false information.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse Content that violates these Terms and to limit or revoke Service access for posting objectionable Content. We are not liable for user Content or its effects, and you use the Service at your own risk.

Content Backups
We perform regular Content backups but do not guarantee against data loss or corruption. You acknowledge that we have no liability for Content integrity or failure to restore Content and should maintain independent backups.

Copyright Policy
Intellectual Property Infringement
We respect others’ intellectual property rights and respond to claims of copyright infringement. If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our copyright agent at contact@katalumaadventures.com, including:
Your signature (physical or electronic).
A description of the copyrighted work and its location (e.g., URL).
Your contact details (address, phone, email).
A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.
You may be liable for damages if you misrepresent infringement. We will take appropriate action, including removing challenged Content.

DMCA Notice
Notifications must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3)). Contact our copyright agent at contact@katalumaadventures.com.
Intellectual Property
The Service’s original content (excluding user Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Kataluma Adventures, LLC and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Shopify, Mighty Networks, Doxy.me, Amazon). We have no control over their content, privacy policies, or practices and are not liable for any damages or losses from their use. Review their terms and privacy policies before engaging.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. To terminate your Account, discontinue using the Service or follow the

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability and that of our suppliers is limited to the amount you paid through the Service or $100 if you made no purchases. We are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or privacy) arising from the Service, third-party software/hardware, or these Terms, even if advised of such damages. Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions, in which case liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions may not allow warranty exclusions, so these limitations apply to the greatest extent enforceable.

Governing Law
The laws of Oklahoma, United States, excluding conflicts of law rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, or federal laws.
Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
Any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including these Terms and Conditions, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country and are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, it will be interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Waiver
Failure to exercise a right or require performance under these Terms does not affect our ability to do so later, nor does waiving a breach waive subsequent breaches.
Translation Interpretation
If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of disputes.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
